By purchasing any license from our website (aliaxy.com), you agree to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you will not be allowed to use our services.

We currently offer three types of licenses, each available for one month or one year, except for the King License, which is fully customized:

REFUND PERIOD

Buffon License & Soldier License:

  • 24-hour refund: You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with the resource.
  • 14-day refund: If you have not used or activated the license within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund.

King License:

  • No refunds are available. Since this is a fully customized resource with unique text and images tailored specifically for you, we cannot resell or reuse it.

POSSIBLE REASONS FOR REFUNDS

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request falls within the eligible refund period.
  • You have not activated or used the license and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • You encounter a technical issue that prevents access to the purchased resource, provided that viable proof is submitted.

NON-ACCEPTABLE REFUND REQUESTS

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is outside the eligible refund period.
  • The King License is purchased (as it is a customized resource).
  • The refund request is made after using or activating the license.
  • Any invalid or unsubstantiated reason without feasible proof.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Please ensure that you contact us first before taking any further action.
  • Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without prior communication will result in a permanent ban from our services.
  • We appreciate a respectful and professional approach when discussing refund requests. In certain cases, we may offer goodwill refunds outside the policy, but this is entirely at our discretion.
